OneQuote Referrals ("we," "us") operates onequotereferrals.com. This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request: your name, phone number, email (optional), ZIP code, age range, and your answers about the project (such as project type, budget, timeline and whether you own the home). We also record technical details used to prove your consent and prevent fraud: the date and time, your IP address, your browser type, the page you were on, and the exact consent wording you agreed to.

How we use it

To match you with one licensed partner company that serves your area and project, to keep a record of your consent, to prevent spam and fraud, and to improve our service.

Who we share it with

At your request, we share your quote request with one partner company listed on our Partners page. That company pays us a fee for the referral. We do not share your request with more than one company, and we do not sell lists of consumers. We may also share information with service providers who help us run the site (for example, hosting and data storage), and when required by law.

Your California privacy rights

California residents may request to know what personal information we hold, request deletion or correction, and opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. To make a request, email hello@onequotereferrals.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Calls and texts

If you consented, the partner company may call or text you about your request, including with automated technology. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or email us and we will pass on your opt-out.

Children

Our service is only for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and requests marked under 18 are refused and not stored.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and consent records for [24 months] to resolve questions and meet legal obligations, then delete them.
